Booking, payment and cancellation
The same simple policies apply. There is no upfront payment, and you pay on the day. You can pay cash to your driver at no extra cost, or pay by card at the camp at 10 percent extra. Cancellation is free. Children below 3 are free, and children aged 3 and over pay the full adult price.
Your final pickup time depends on location and is confirmed by the booking team before the tour. Share a clear pickup point and keep your phone available in the morning, so the driver can reach you easily.
What to wear in the morning
Wear light, comfortable clothing, secure footwear, sunglasses and sunscreen. A hat is useful, even in the morning, because the sun becomes stronger as the trip goes on. A light layer can be useful at the start of the trip, but you will probably not need it for long. Bring water, a phone and a small bag, and choose shoes you can walk in on sand.
